First up the Chimney Pound Trail to Chimney Pond where we filled our water bottles and got a spectacular view of the Knife Edge from below.

Then up the Dudley Trail to the top of Pamola Peak.

After Pamola Peak it was 1.1 mila across the Knife Edge to the highest peak of Katahdin.
